FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the preparation of notes in quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements
• Participate in the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial presentation to the Audit Committee
• Participate in the preparation of any annual document that is published (eg AIF, circular, certifications, XBRL, etc.)
• Participate in the development, monitoring, maintenance and improvement of the internal control systems of all entities (SOX controls), including the documentation required to ensure compliance with the control standards of our system ERP
• Participate in the process of financial integration of newly acquired companies, including the implementation of internal controls
• Participate in the accounting system change process of companies
• Participate in the annual audit and quarterly reviews by the external auditors
• Participate in auditing controls by external auditors
• Prepare the support documentation required by the various other departments (eg R & D grant applications and claims, quarterly documentation of royalties, etc.)
• Participate in the renewal process of insurance policies
• Prepare monthly sales reconciliation
• Prepare the gross margin analysis
• Participate in establishing and tracking the standard cost
• Review quarterly inventory reconciliations of warehouses and manufacturers
• Conduct certain monthly controls on certain financial statement items
• Prepare quarterly analysis of tax credits receivable
• Participate in the drafting of memos, including quantitative analysis, in connection with any new contract, agreement, accounting standard to adopt
• Participate in the preparation of quarterly reviews of licensing agreements, R & D agreements, royalty revenues and litigation
• Prepare the quarterly analysis of financing, subsidies and ratios to be respected
• Participate in preparing monthly documents and sending to financial institutions with which we have loans
• Participate in the completion of special files (letters from the AMF and the SEC, requests and audits by Revenue Canada and Revenu Québec (taxes, R & D credits, GST-QST, etc.), reports requested by Statistics Canada, etc.)
• Prepare any other required financial analysis (eg, business continuity memos, related party transactions, etc.)
• Be able to perform some of the tasks of senior financial analysts and accountant in case of absence or vacation

• Bachelor of Accounting
• Accounting title of CPA auditor
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work with different software
• Advanced functional English
• Hold experience in auditing public companies
• Experience in a multi-currency context
