Through research and development, we created 3 ECSentials™ product concepts, all incorporating our proprietary blends of natural terpenes sourced from non-cannabis-derived botanicals. Research has shown that terpenes play an important role in the endocannabinoid system (ECS). [1] * Our products are natural, free from any phytocannabinoids and have no intoxicating properties. Read more on the ECS below.

Essential Oils Formula

This unique concept combines essential oils and our proprietary terpene blends. It is an oil blend with select terpenes and essential oils, including Lavendula augustifolia, Mentha piperita and Mentha spicata, that have been reported to support digestive health and provide calmative effects.[2] The Essentials Oil Formula is provided in a base formulation that promotes skin penetration.[3]

Pure Terpenes Formula

In a pure form, our proprietary terpene blends provide a number of pleasing sensory experiences and can be a great contributor to mental and physical wellness.[4] *

The Endocannabinoid System (ECS)

The ECS helps maintain health and well-being. It is responsible for modulating the body’s immune system, inflammation, pain, and elements that affect daily life like sleep, appetite and mood. [5]

Endocannabinoids, which are neuromodulators, lock into existing receptors called cannabinoid receptors, CB1 and CB2, which sit on the surface of many cells. [6]  The ECS is the body’s regulator of homeostasis, a dynamic state of equilibrium that works to keep the body functioning optimally.
